Ambulatory Blood pressure monitoring involves measuring your blood pressure at regular intervals usually every 15-30 minutes over a 24 hour period. This is performed as you carry on your usual daily activities.

A blood pressure cuff is worn on your arm and it is attached to a portable monitor which records your blood pressure during the 24 hour period.
