Additional duties also include refilling all permanent patient folders returned to the Health Information Management Dept;
conducting patient transfer of medical information for continuity of care; completing birth certificate for submission to vital statistics and maintain birth register, and maintain confidentiality. Must be willing to cross-rain to other tasks as needed and do share of incoming phone calls. Primary assignments, M-F, 8:00-4:30.
